Yes, completing Modules 1–4 is a required step before booking your first appointment. Once you’ve finished, our team will contact you to complete your triage and book you in.
This education program is a required first step so we can make the most of your time in the clinic.
Appointments are limited, and we want to focus them on you — your symptoms, goals, and treatment options — rather than spending that time covering basic information. These modules give you a solid foundation so you’re informed, confident, and ready for shared decision-making when you meet your care team.
It also means everyone starts with the same supportive knowledge, no matter where they’re coming from. You’re not alone — this is part of our model of care for everyone accessing the clinic.

The four core modules take around 45-60 minutes in total. You can pause and return to them anytime.
Our team will automatically be notified once you complete the forms. We’ll contact you to organise a triage call and book your first appointment.
Please allow a few days after completion. If you haven’t heard from us within 10 business days, feel free to contact the clinic directly.
Yes. Optional learning modules and resources are available to everyone visiting this site, but Modules 1–4 must be completed before booking your first clinic appointment.
We provide holistic, multidisciplinary care for people experiencing pelvic pain and/or endometriosis. This includes support from GPs, pelvic physiotherapists, psychologists, and dietitians — all working together to help you manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life.
We also offer education and self-management resources to empower you throughout your care journey.
Our clinic is open to girls, women, and people assigned female at birth who are experiencing pelvic pain or endometriosis symptoms.
No referral is required. To begin, you’ll need to complete the required questionnaires and the four education modules. Once these are submitted, our team will contact you to complete a short triage process and arrange your first appointment.
After you complete the required questionnaires and education modules (Modules 1–4), our team will contact you to complete a short triage process. This helps us understand your symptoms, needs, and goals. Based on this, we’ll match you with the most appropriate clinicians — such as a GP, pelvic physiotherapist, psychologist, or a combination of these — to support your care.
We understand that healthcare costs can be a barrier. If you hold a concession card or are experiencing financial hardship, please speak with one of our Admin team members. We’ll work with you to ensure you can access the care you need.
Yes, support people are welcome.
Please bring any relevant medical history, your Medicare card, and any questions you’d like to ask.
Not necessarily. It’s your choice. We will explain all options during your visit and work with your comfort level.
That’s okay — many of our patients are. Let reception know when you arrive, and we’ll support you as needed.
Pelvic physiotherapy is a specialised form of physical therapy focused on the muscles, joints, nerves, and tissues in the pelvis. It supports people with pelvic pain, bladder or bowel issues, painful sex, or recovery after surgery or childbirth. Pelvic physios share information with their patients about how to optimise bowel function, how to relax pelvic floor muscles and addressing your specific pain.
